If it is long, narrow, and has a well defined border with a rough surface, it may be a filiform wart. It might also be skin tags, which are mistaken for warts at times. Either way, you shouldn't try to treat it yourself because of its location. Warts often go away on their own, but may reappear, even with treatment. If you want to get rid of it right away for cosmetic reasons, you'll have to see your doctor who will remove it either with medication, freezing it, or surgically removing it.
Also, antibiotics won't help for warts as they are caused by a virus.
