Hello, about a couple of months ago, I noticed after I worked out on the tred mill moving my arms like I was jogging. The Next day, I had a bump under my armpit. I went to the doctor and they said it was nothing. Well after a couple days it did go away. But anytime I do any kind of working out, especially w/ my arms this bump comes back and is uncomfortable. It does hurt a whole lot. I did have recent surgury in April, cosmetic if you know what I mean. After the surgury this is when it started happening... Please help me???
