Hi,
Your cramps may be related to the diuretics. The most frequent cause of such cramps is electrolyte imabalnce. The diuretics have probably led to some slight elecrolyte imbalance which has led to the cramping. You should discuss this with your doctor, whether you need to get your electrolytes (sodium and potassium levels) tested. You can try out these options:
Plenty of Electrolyte fluids: you need to discuss with your doctor before taking this.
Warm compresses when there are cramps.
Gentle stretching exercises regularly.
Vit. B supplements: Take one capsule daily for one month, preferably a Multivitamin B complex capsule which you can ask for at the pharmacy and containing Methylcobalmine.
Vit. E supplements: Take one capsule daily for one month.
