Hi,

Muscle cramps can occur due to several causes like-poor circulation, thiamine (B1), pantothenic acid (B5), and pyridoxine (B6 ) deficency. Also due to dehydration, cirrhosis of the liver, Low Blood Calcium, Magnesium can cause muscle cramps. Also certain medication can cause cramps.

You should undergo a physical examination, along with tests from your doctor. He or she can add vitamin supplements, and further check levels of hormones.

Thank you.
