i''m having sever lower abdominal cramping that started

i''m having sever lower abdominal cramping that started a couple days ago and only seems to be getting worse. the pain has actually moved to only the lower right side and is affecting my right leg also. i''m also having a bloody, very thick discharge with it.

Hi,
While a tough call without a physical examination, it would seem that you may be having an infection of the reproductive tract. This could explain the pain, and the discharge.
Other possibilities could be an ovarian cyst, UTI, or even a back problem (since the pain is going to the leg too).
You need a physician to evaluate your symptoms, and possible ob/gyn opinion too, for confirming the same, and giving appropriate treatment,

i have had cysts before i believe. i can't really rember what it was but they had to be frozen off and they were on my ovaries. that was about 5 years ago. but i don't remember the pain being this bad when i went in. i was diagnosed to with hpv at that time too. could that have anythign to do with this?

Hi,
HPV is unlikely to produce such severe symptoms by itself, though a cyst may bleed, or undergo torsion to produce these symptoms,
