Question

bleeding

Sent to Health Experts July 22, 2005 10:36 a.m.

I am currently 18 weeks pregnagnt. I woke up this morning and noticed a little bit of red blood when I wiped. It wasn't very heavy but I wouldn't call it spotting either. I have a little bit of cramping too, just enough to make it uncomfortable. Is this normal?

You know what? To be on the safe side please give your doctors office a call and talk to his/her nurse. They know you best, and can get you in today to be checked out if they think it is indicated.

I have called my doctor. He has not gotten back to me yet. I was just wondering if this is a normal thing or could it be serious
