i have been having really bad cramps for the past few days.

i have been having really bad cramps for the past few days. I usually have it when i am on my period, but this time i am not on my period and the cramps wont stop. I am also having unusal clear discharge and feeling nausiated. I know i am not pregnant, so what is going on with my body?
