i have had alot of stomach issuses like cramping and diarrah after i have eaten and at some points it happens only like a half hr to an hour after i have eaten and i have the worsed cramping like someone is taking a knife and stabbing me in the stomach. I have had a sigmodoscopy done about a yr ago and he couldn't find anything wrong then could something have changed?
