I am 19 yrs old. My period used to be irregular and I would only get it twice a year. I have become sexually active and my period started coming usually two weeks after I had sex with my partner. We always practice safe sex, and the one time the condom broke I got the morning after pill. Recently I have been able to see my partner more frequently so the amount of times I have sex has gone up. In Jan for example I got my period twice. I had seen my partner pre new years got it after new years had it for a week with spotting and then a week it was heavy. Then we saw each other in mid Jan, had sex and it came again towards the end of January. My period is now irregular in that it comes more frequent, and I also have horrible cramping and lower abdomen discomfort, usually the sign that my period is coming and it might or might not come. I dont know what to do or if there is something seriously wrong with me.

It sounds as though you may have a pelvic inflammatory infection if you continually experience bleeding after sexual intercourse and are now having cramping and lower abdomen pain. With that and the fact that you did not have a normal cycle before it is best that you be seen by your physician for a pelvic examination and pap smear to determine if this is the cause and start you on some antibiotics.

If I don't have bleeding after intercourse can it still be pelvic inflammatory infection.

It can still be related if you are having the abdominal pain and the abnormal cycles, if it is not related to infection it may be that they need to start you on BCP to help to regulate your cycles. But since you do start bleeding shortly after intercourse and have abdominal pain it does sound more infection related.
