Question

my daughter is in college and was ordered on biaxin ...

Sent to Health Experts March 21, 2006 7:59 a.m.

my daughter is in college and was ordered on biaxin for tosilitis. She had been having a high fever for a few days and taking advil to help with that. She started the biaxin yesterday and had 2 doses. She called me this morning with severe stomach pain and her fever had returned.I told her to take the advil for her fever as that hadn't ever bothered her before, but to hold off on the biaxin. The clinic at the college opens in 2 hours. itold her to call them right away when they open. Do you think she needs to be seen right away at a hospital or is it ok to wait the 2 hours.
