When I was 14 I found out that I had a "diaphragmatic hernea". I had a hole in my diaphram, and my stomach, and parts of my small intestines had traveled up into my chest cavity, at a young age, and kept my left lung from fully developing. The surgery I had done seemed to have worked great for the past 6 years, and recently, I'm starting to experience a lot more bowel movements during the day. Often having diarreah, and cramping of the stomach. At times it feels as though I have a "charlie horse" in my stomach. The pains are very sharp and very sparatic, and my stomach constantly feels as though I'm full of gas, but the rumbling, and churning is much more severe than i've ever felt before. I'm not sure if my previous history has anything to do with what I'm currently experiencing, but it is a horribly uncomfortable, and at times extremely painful feeling. What can you suggest? Or do you have some sort of idea what is going on?
Optional Information: Female
Already Tried: Cutting down on carbonated beverages, hoping that they would have some effect on the constant gasy feeling, and occassionly using gas-x.
