It could be due to some hormonal changes that you are experiencing at this time so I would not worry yet as that can cause for more abnormailites in your cycle. Most of the time an abnormal cycle can be caused by illness, stress, hormonal changes, or infection but is most commonly due to hormonal changes especially once you get past the age of 35-40. I would monitor your cycle next month to see if it regulates and if so you can most likely chalk it up to a hormonal change. But should it continue to be abnormal and you also continue to experience the fatigue and headaches then you should be seen for further evaluation. If you start to experience any abnormal cramping or heavy bleeding then that would be cause to be seen sooner by your physician.
