Question

I am o birth control pills and always use condoms

Sent to Health Experts June 22, 2006 1:35 a.m.

I am o birth control pills and always use condoms during intercourse.   This month i was late starting my pill pack I waited six days before I had intercourse and used condoms. I have been very emptional and experiencing all signs of PMS. I very often experiece cramps a week before my period and have experienced those this week.   I am due to start my period soon but I am worried that I might be pregnant because of naseau that I've been experiencing but also started several days before I had intercourse. So my question is can the fact that I have been having cramping mean I am pregnant?

Going by the information you posted, and with the protection etc., I would say probably not and the cramping is due to the late start of the pill pack. However, since condoms are not 100% reliable, I would see your doctor and do a blood test just to rule out or confirm pregnancy at this point. Other wise, chances are this is due to the changes in your body due to the last start.

Best of luck Hun, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *Accept* button.
