carpal tunnel?

i have weakness and cramping and itching in my right hand and it itches alot and goes numb more after myhands have been on somethin that vibrates like my lawnmower i have a hard tiem gripping as well can this be carpal tunnel and should i seek teh attention of a medical dr?
