Last night my left foot began cramping then a sharp pain shot up through my leg to the knee. I got out of bed and stood up and my foot felt sort of numb to walk on it. The pain was so bad that it made me nauseous and light headed. It lasted on and off for about 10 min.   Can you tell me what this might be.
