I am having a problem with my stomach. I have a lot of cramping in i am have 5-6 bowel moments a day. As as i eat something (anything it does not have to be a meal) i feel like i have to go the toilet. the moments are not liquid and there is no blood. This hs been going on for about 6 days. Any suggestions

This sounds like you may have IBD or possible colitis. But since there is no bleeding it sounds more related to Irritable bowel disease and they should do further evaluation and a fecal occult test to determine if this is the cause especially if this has been going on for six days I would be seen tomorrow since it could become worse over the weekend.
