My last period was odd; light flow, 11/2 days long, severe cramping, when trying to insert a tampon i felt swollen inside. That was about a week ago, I am still having cramping and my breasts feel as tender as they do premenstrually. There has been no additional bleeding or vaginal discharge since the period.
