antibiotics on pill am I pregnant?
Sent to Health Experts September 30 01:23 PM

I've been on the pill since just before my husband and I got married. Recently I had a UTI and was put on Septra. We never thought about using a backup method while I was taking the antibiotics. On the 16th of this month I started having nausea in the morning, food aversions, breast tenderness, nasal congestion, occasional cramping like menstral cramps and nipple sensitivity. I started spotting on the 26th and ended on the 29th but it was A LOT lighter, shorter, different color and completely unlike my usual periods. Because I have never had anything like this before we've tried some at home pregnancy tests but they've been negative. My husband who is a doctor ordered a qualitative serum pregancy and it was negative. Are we testing too early and do you think I'm pregnant?
