Last night I started cramping really bad in the lower abdominal area. It felt like I was in labor for a couple hours where I couldn't walk. It subsided a little, but today it's really tender and feels like bad period cramps. I"m about 2 weeks away from my period being due. Is this serious? Or just woman stuff? I am 40 years old.
