Hello and welcome to JA!
Your maxillary sinuses may be clogged. If you refer to the picture below, you will note that the maxillary sinuses are directly above your top teeth. Sinuses are simply hollow spaces. When they become clogged, it creates pressure. Maxillary sinus pressure can make you feel as if you have a tooth ache since it puts pressure on the roots of your top back teeth. When your sinuses drain down the back of your throat, it can irritate your Eustachian tube. The Eustachian tube runs from your ear to the back of your throat. Its purpose is to equalize pressure in your middle ear with the pressure in the room around you. When sinus drainage constantly runs across the Eustachian tube, it becomes irritated and may swell and clog up. When this happens, we feel dizzy because the pressure is not equalized. I would recommend taking a decongestant to clear out your sinuses. If you develop a fever or your symptoms do not improve by taking decongestants, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
