can my boss who is a Dentist order a Rx thru mail order, I have a Rx from my Primary doctor ? The medication is about 50% cheaper than at my pharmacy

If you have a prescription from your doctor, you can order the drug yourself from a reputable mailorder pharmacy.

I have checked my mail order company and they are still 50% higher than what my Dr. can get it from his supplier, even my medical ins. healthcare is higher..

Technically, this is subverting the pharmacy laws since the medication isn't to be used by your pharmacist and most likely he does not have a license to dispense. The medication would either come in a bottle bearing his name, so that it would not really be your prescription, or it would come in a bottle with no name that your dentist would have to "dispense" to you. It gets into all kinds of complicated laws. You and your boss will have to decide if the amount of money involved is worth the risk of disciplinary action.
