i have a sore under my tongue on the floor of my ...

i have a sore under my tongue on the floor of my mouth, and it has popped twice and almost gone away each time... should i be concerned? or is it just a calus?

but it doesnt hurt or anything... could it still be a canker sore? and i dont drink, smoke, or do any kind of tobacco or drug... should i still be concerned about it being cancer?

Cancer I wouldn't think that.. Canker sores don't always hurt. My sister in law had one about a month ago she kept putting off. She actually had an infection in her gum which is why it wouldn't go away. But with it going away and then coming back is where I feel you may need an antibiotic. But you can try the peroxide and see if that helps in keeping it away. But I wouldn't think cancer at this point and even so since you don't smoke etc.
