I have a molar on the bottom right side, the one just before my wisdom tooth, there is a hole in it and I think the nerve may be exposed, I have not been able to sleep at all, Vicodiin is not helping, there is no pain medicine that can touch this pain. I have tryed Red Cross Clove oil treatmanet, Dents medicated dental wax, rinsing my mouth out with salt water, and nothing seems to be working...What can I do....I have insurance yet the dentist refuses to extract the tooth, the hospital will not treat me, and I do not have the money to go to the emergancy dentist office.
