my mother was told by her dentist that she has bone loss in her mouth and cannot have full dentures on the upper gums. They suggested partial dentures attached to her good teeth or they would actually pull all her teeth and screw in new teeth. This will cost about $20,000 .

Is there somewhere to find out info on this and we live in Pennsylvania and every time she goes to get a second opinion it cost her another couple of hundred dollars. Can you recommend someone or somewhere to help her?
