I have weeping puss in my mouth from the upp vestuble ( sp ) areas. This area is not sore, this is not an canker type ulcer, just a chronic weeping. I have seen a dentist and a certified specialist in peridontics. I was on 30 days of antibiotics. This is been an issue since Dec. 2006. The peridontist reffered me to a Oral Pathologist who can't see me until October 2007. QUES: Any ideas on how to get rid of this? The effects make my breath smell bad and food not taste the same.

If you can't get into an oral pathologist until October, you need to see an ENT. The area not only needs to be examined, but repeat cultures done and a biopsy may be needed. There is nothing that can get rid of the problem without knowing exactly what is going on. It could represent some type of tumor that has become infected. The pus may be necrotic tissue and not bacterially related at all. I recommend you be seen by an ENT at the soonest available appointment. I hope that this was helpful.
