My granddaughter's permanent front teeth are ...

My granddaughter's permanent front teeth are trying to come in. They are pushing her primary teeth, 1 down and to the left and the other making it buck out. They are loose but not loose enough to fall out by themself. Should she have them pulled? She is not in any discomfort it just looked very strange.
