stomache problems with toungue discoloration

I have had an upset stomache for 2 days. Today I had ate some dry toast, then took some peptobismol. It has been several hours since I have eaten or taken anymore peptobismol. But now my tongue has this black discoloration like I have consumed some kind of artificially colored candy. But I have not. So why is my tongue this black color.
