I would first go to the doctor/specialists and receive the apppropriate testing to rule out any such conditions.
Please know that I have psychic abilities and with my experience of ESP and being familiar with others with similiar gifts, deja vu is common. You may in fact be a sensitive individual - thus, your anxiety and depression can also be signs of not others understanding, lack of embracing your way of thinking/feeling - which can certainly be disenchanting.
As I am also a color therapist, herbal healer, please know that there are many natural remedies (including flower essences and gemstone elixirs) that can ease anxiety/depression and if you wish for further information on same, please let me know.

Fear not. Any money that you have paid is safe, and will only be
"spent" once you accept an answer. You are not obliged to
accept any answer, but you are encouraged to do so if you feel
an answer has value.

Now that your deposit is registered, I can address your question.
First - no - the sense of deja vu is an entirely normal
phenomenon and is by no means always associated with
temporal lobe tumours.
Anxiety itself does not usualy have this as a component,
although it is not impossible that becoming "keyed up" over a
situation may lead your mind to begin to ponder alternative
outcomes, and with this, form the view that the situation is
familiar.
Most significantly, you note depression. If you are taking
antidepressant medication, such as an SSRI (like Prozac),
dizziness can be a side-effect of this, as can anxiety. The subtle
changes that occur in serotonin levels can stimute neural activity
that is a little abnormal, so a sense of deja vu at times might
also be a side effect. Dissociation, a similar state, is a known
side effect. Please advise what medications you are taking, and
their doses.

this happened to me alot, the dejavu then feeling dizzy, i look it up on the net, and always comes up as temporal lobe tumors as a symptom and epilepsy. i quit taking zoloft after 5 years in march, this incident happened may 22. although i'd had this feeling before, i normally do not pass out and shake like my son said i did.
