37/F experiencing progressively worsening joint-pain x1wk, neck pain x3days, palpable knots posterior head at level of and laterally to C1-C2, woke up this a.m. with swollen fingers. Normal vitals, no significant med hx, has been wearing latex gloves almost daily for several hours (I'm wondering if a newly developed latex allergy), recently began taking Hydroxycut (weight loss supplement), recently began tanning in a tanner. Depression meds x4-5mo (100mg), vitamins and iron supplements, NKDA. AOx4, no other s/s, denies diff breathing. Could this be a new latex allergy?
