hello , i recently had a 72 y/o m. found supine on bedroom floor,as per fam. he just collapsed.Pt cool diaphoretic responses to tactile stimulus c withdraws hr 48 b/p 67/45 ,snoring resp.15 ,rt hemiparesis, +urinary incontinence.iv 1000ml/ns,atropine 0.5 c repeat 0.5 mg a few secs later hr 68, bp 258/157 c resp depression ,pt intubated. Was this a cva c circulatoy collapsed or a cardiogenic shock? thanks , ,
