My friend who is 55 years old and suffering from depression had been in bed for 6 days and now thinks she has lice. She called the local hospitals and they told her she had to catch them from another individual. She describes them as looking like white rice. She said they are in the carpet also. She is very embarressed and asked me if I could find out anything to help her. She has used the available treatments but says she still has them. What can I do to help her?
