I suffer pain daily.... both arms the upper near the sholder, wrists, forearms,elbows... my hands shake. My lower back hurts to where I cannot stand for very long or do normal housework.   My neck, atop my shoulders, sometimes up the back of my head. This is NO JOKE; the pain has zapped my energy. I take Cymbalta for depression & pain.   No one believes that I could be in this much pain DAILY. I don't even stand up straight anymore.   Please help me.    My neurologist says it isn't RA or fibromyalgia or Lupus.
