I am having periods were my neck has a tight feeling and like I am short of breath. I went to the doctor last week and my blood pressure was high and he did and ekg he said my heart was beating fast but everything looked to be alright, he said maybe it was stress causing this and that if i rested he was sure everything would be fine. He listened to my heart and lungs and said there was no fluid he could hear. Now I keep having this neck pain(like tightness making it hard to breath), sometimes my chest hurts but it goes away, it comes off and on, what do you think is the problem?
