I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND ALSO WAS TOLD I HAVE DEPRESSION WITH THE MEDS I'M ON FOR ALL THAT I STILL HAVE PAIN AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD TROUBLE WITH SLEEP , I'M AFFRAID OF THE DARK.. ANY HELP WITH, PAIN,SLEEP, AND DEPRESSION?? CHRIS

Chris I have found that if the medication does not work adding physical therapy by a practitioner with experience working with fibromyalgia is effective. What meds are you already on? I can give you advice as to what else may be helpful. Nurse Hope

I HAVE DONE THEARPY AND IT MADE THINGS WORSE. I HAVE TRIED SEROQUEL AND IT MADE ME GAIN ALOT OF WEIGHT.. NOW FOR SLEEP I TAKE 10mg LORAZEPAM. 50/500 SINEMET, AND 100mg NORLEX . THE LAST FEW NIGHTS BEEN SLEEPING OK...
