I am unable to ejaculate at all during sex or if i try to masterbate I went to prison for 3 years and never masterbated i have been out for 1 year and now i can't seem to ejaculate at all. I think it might be pyschological because every month or so i'll have a wet dream even when i was in prison is there anything i can do to fix this problem?
