DEPRESSION ? Its not getting any easier... I set alone and cry almost daily for over a year now cause my life is empty. my wife divorced me and i only see my kids 4 days a month, Im loosing it ! the pain is hurting more and more ! My life professionally is severly in trouble because the lack of care for anything anymore....help

Reply to Justin Mandel's Post: my wife left me 1.5 yrs ago now and i have no purpose now it seems ....we have 2 kids and they are my life...everything i do is fro them . i only have them 6 days a month (divorce decree). to see them cry and beg to be with me is killing me ....i set alone and stare at my walls thinking of them daily and at work. I Loved my family very much ...I lost everything in life when i lost my family ,wife included . sometimes i just want all the pain to go away .please   i feel as if i have nothing else to live for

no i havent .....thats my question i dont knbow wehre to turn or what to do . if this feeling keeps growing like it is inside , well i dont know ... ive always been a strong man inside and out , but this is bigger than me
