Hi,

What is your age ?

Since how many days are you having these symptoms ?

Hi, There are various possible causes of these symptoms - 1) Anxiety 2) Panic Attacks 3)Hyperthyroidism 4) Cardiac Most likely in your case anxiety may be a cause especially since you have been over worked since yesterday . But preferably you need to be seen and atleast your vital signs like BP and Pulse should be checked apart from general examination . You may consult your doctor for further evaluation .. Hope this helps
