I'm worried I might be suffering from depression. I feel sad most of the time though there really isn't a reason I should. I have trouble sleeping at night and when I do fall asleep I wake up several times througout the night. I have completely lost my apetite and have to force myself to eat the majority of the time even when I really am hungry. I'm really irritable, it doesn't take much to put me in a bad mood or make me snap at someone. Am I suffering from depression or am I just being silly?
