How long have you had these symptoms and how often do you get them? Do you run a fever when this happens? Does it all happen at the same time?

Thanks in advance.

About a month ago, headaches were everyday for about 2 weeks. Started taking Midrin with the on-set, which has helped. The Blurred vision usually happens for a few minutes once a day. The heartburn/squeezing feeling started this week. The dizziness happen yesterday, and i have had nausea too.
