cockatiel seizures

my birds is not eating or drinking since yesterday i took her to a local vet and he gave her some kind of an antibiotic and said he didnt know much on birds .well she has been having seizers since yesterday morn about 11;00 oclock what can i do ive been up all night trying to get her to drink and eat i a have feed formula for birds i bought yesterday she is a 11 mos. old cockatiel please help asap ps she has not chirped or sang or nothing since day before yesterday the only time she makes any noise is when she is having a seizure i feel so helpless there are no avians close to me
