i had the nisan operation for reflux

i have had the nisan operation for reflux. prior to the operation i had burning excressiatin by just drinking water. i was a canadite for nisan operation from the time of the operation till now. i throw up, have heartburn? that goes into my throat. after the operation i did not go to the follow-up. i am in pain, have ibs. can not have bowel movement unless laxative, or drinking green tea. i have went in 2 years for 147 back to 183, and am concerned with diabetes etc. mainly i need help with my abdomin stomach throat i am on medicare/medicaid and Tricare West

 You have insurance to cover medical treament.  You should see the MD for follow-up even though it has been awhile.  There are medications for IBS w/ constipation now.  And diabetes is easy to diagnose.  See your medical doctor or even go to ER if you are in pain.
