yr old female type diabetes for yrs onset of burping

44 yr old female, Type 1 diabetes for 24 yrs., onset of burping, pain and fullness between upper ribs for 5 days.
HELP. Have taken Maalox, acid pills, Tums. Last meal was Sat night....ate some oatmeal and juice this am. Very full feeling

Already Tried:
Malox, Tums, Acid Reducer, not eating, gallbladder removed, been to gastroenterologist...had colonoscopy 2 months ago, endoscopy 14 years ago...nothing.
