If you could provide more details --  it would help in responding to your question.

Have you seen a doctor regarding these symptoms?  And, if so, what was the doctor's opinion?

How long have you had these symptoms?

To your knowledge, does/has any close blood-relative ever had these, or similar, symptoms?  If so, what were the symptoms and what (if any) was the diagnosis?

Do you have any chronic (long-term) health problems?

Is the duration-- and/or frequency -- of these 'attacks' -- increasing, or decreasing over time?

Can you associate the beginning of these symptoms with any changes in your life -- such as other illness -- new medication -- dietary change -- emotional stress -- etc.?

Is there any change in pulse rate and/or blood pressure when the symptoms occur?

Are you (or have you been tested for) diabetes or hyperglycemia (low blood sugar)?  If possible, have your blood sugar tested -- both when things are normal -- and when you're having the vision-how lightheadedness symptoms.

If you are diabetic -- and on medication or insulin -- did these symptoms around the same time of any diabetic medication adjustment or change?

Other than the vision and lightheadedness -- do other symptoms ever occur at the same time?

Answering as many of these questions as possible will help me -- and anyone else who chooses to respond to your question.

I have not seen a doctor yet. I dont want to until I know what it could be. The symptoms started about a month, month-and-a-half ago. I dont think anyone in my family has suffered this problem. I dont have any chronic health problems. As each day goes by, it seems like I get more attacks then when I first started getting them. I have begun a new diet of low calories. But I dont think that would have anything to do with it. I dont know about a change of pulse or blood pressure, but when it happens, I feel a bit of a numbing sensation in my arms and legs, and I get light headed. I dont know whats wrong, but if you could shed some light on the situation, that would be great.
