i am a yomale with copd diabetes asthma and

I am a 44 YOMale with COPD, diabetes, asthma and hypertention. I started feeling poorly two days ago. Last night my fever rose to 102.8 @ 02:00 hours. At 22:00 today I was up to 103.5. Other symptoms include joint pain and stiffness, fluid in the lungs well treated with Xopenex treatments. No sore throat. Urine output is decreased but stable. I live alone. At what point should this fever become a call to 911?
