Doc I have swelling under my chin area; it's like a ball in that area. I had a pimple i busted on my chin a week ago. since then I have developed tremendous swelling under my jaw area which is warm to the touch and hard. It hurt to swallow. I'm a black man 51 years old and also has type 2 diabetes. What could be the problem and what could possibly help?
