I have never been bothered with yeast problems. but ...

I have never been bothered with yeast problems. but recently, I am having this problem. I have used different medications, and after each usage, the problem returns. I know that I am over weight. I have been having acid reflux terrible. Please help, do I need to change my diet, or what do I need to do. thank you
