Hi,

Any history of diabetes ?

Any associated neck pain ?

What is your BP and Pulse rate ?

Since how long are you having these symptoms ?

Have you seen a doctor yet ?

Any investigations done so far ?

Any associated GERD ?

Any history of anxiety ?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Hi

Ideally you should undergo cardiac workup including investigations like EKG to rule out cardiac cause of chest pain and irregular heart beat .

Also you may have your BP and blood sugar checked .

In the mean time you may take vitamin supplement including vitamins B1,B6,B12 .

Numbness can be due to various causes vitamin deficiency .Nerve irritation , alcoholism etc .

Consult your doctor for further evaluation .
