I am a 53 year male . N0 problems so far. he last six months or so I am always thirsty. I drink half gallon of liquid a day. This seems like twice what I used to. My weight has been constant, around 215lbs. I am 6'3'. Urination also seems a little more frquent.

no history of diabetes. I have never checked blood sugar levels. BP and pulse are always fine when checked. 80 pulse 130/80 BP

Not taking any meds.

Following causes may result in symptom ( Always thirsty)

Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar)
Diabetes
Diabetes insipidus (an imbalance in the body's water level)
A kidney disorder
Dehydration
An endocrine disorder (such as Cushing's disease or an overactive thyroid gland)
Liver disease (such as hepatitis or cirrhosis)
A urinary tract infection
Too much calcium or sodium in your blood .
