No pain in toes, just tingling and numbness.
It's happening in both feet.
Yes, I'm overweight.
It just started 2 days ago.
I don't know what my blood sugar level is, but I have been tested for diabetes in the past because it runs in my family. It checked out okay when I had it checked in the past.
I'm 46, male.
No serious medical conditions in the past.

As you have a history of diabetes in your family puts you at a higher risk for getting the disease, my advice is that you should soon get blood sugar levels checked.

Also renal function tests and an ekg will be required. Because in both these disease swelling occurs.

My advice is that you need to get consulted from your Physician , so that proper investigations can be done, and treat accordingly

Any more help.......
