i woke up yesterday with tingley fingers and my palms are kind of numb what can it be. i did feel like i was getting the flue. but now the only thing left is the finger and palm thing.

Which fingers? Is it both hands? Do you have neck pain? Have you been exposed to insecticides or any other toxins? Any heavy metal exposure? Have you been tested for diabetes? Are there any hand positions that make it worse? Are you taking any medications?
